Meaghan attended Penn State University where she obtained her Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. While at Penn State, Meaghan had the opportunity to teach English in Germany and support their development of special education programs. As a firm believer in open communication, Meaghan fosters a culture of collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. Her hands-on leadership style empowers staff to implement effective behavioral strategies that promote meaningful progress for clients. With over 10 years in the field, she is known for her dedication and compassion. Meaghan strives to create a supportive environment where clients and staff can thrive.

BCBAs
A Board Certified Behavior Analysts holds a Master's degree and passed an exam required by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. BCBAs conduct assessments, design customized client care plans, and oversee implementation of ABA interventions.
RBTs
Registered Behavior Technicians are paraprofessionals who work with your child in playful, one-on-one home or center-based ABA sessions. Their work is closely overseen by a BCBA.
